Checking Appointment Status
First Appointments (WWL)

| Patient has not yet been seen for a first appointment at WWL | Ask them to call 01942 264910 |
Patient Chase Number
If there is an outgoing referral on SystmOne and the patient hasn’t heard, give them this number: 01942 264910
Follow-up Appointments
| Condition | Action |
|---|---|
| Patient is already under a specialist and has had one appointment | Advise them to contact the secretary for that specialist |

Please don’t ask the secretaries to chase up a referral unless a patient/family member isn’t able to do this themselves, as it generates a lot of extra work.
